I agree not to hold Share (Portsmouth), its trustees, employees, volunteers, and members responsible for any injuries I may suffer while using the borrowed item, unless the injury is caused by a defect that Share (Portsmouth) knew about but didn't tell me.
I agree to release Share (Portsmouth), its trustees, employees, volunteers, and members from any liability for injuries to people or damage to property that may arise from my use of the borrowed item.
I have read and understand the rules and regulations of Share (Portsmouth). If I don't follow these rules, Share (Portsmouth) may revoke my borrowing privileges and/or take legal action against me.
