How to Borrow

1. Become a member. It's quick and easy. Click here to sign up.
2. Reserve your items online. You can see our full catalogue of items here.
3. Collect your item noting when it must be returned, and enjoy using it.
4. When you've finished, check your borrowed items are clean and return them to the library, ready for the next member to borrow.

How much does it cost?

1. Membership - a minimum donation of £1.
2. Borrowing items - we suggest a per week donation. The catalogue shows the range of suggestions from £1 upwards.

Who runs Portsmouth Library of Things?

Share (Portsmouth) is a local charity that aims to help the city reduce it's waste, carbon and raw material use.

It runs Portsmouth Library of Things as well as other projects such as Portsmouth Repair Café.
